Rob Urbanski Joins CarePayment as Southeast Regional Vice President

NASHVILLE, Tenn. August 7th, 2026 Today, CarePayment announced that Rob Urbanski has joined the company as Regional Vice President for the Southeast, where he will lead business development efforts across the region.

Urbanski brings a proven history of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships throughout the healthcare revenue cycle industry. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Urbanski will report to Scott Yanover, Vice President of Sales, and will work closely with healthcare systems across the Southeast to help providers strengthen financial performance while improving the patient financial experience.

“Rob’s revenue cycle experience, and customer-first approach make him an excellent addition to our sales organization,” said Scott Yanover, Vice President of Sales at CarePayment. “He understands the challenges providers are facing right now and the opportunity we have at CarePayment to deliver meaningful financial and operational outcomes for our partners. We’re excited to welcome him to our team.”

Urbanski is passionate about improving healthcare through better financial solutions and believes patient financing can create meaningful change for both patients and health systems.

“Healthcare is an industry where the work truly matters,” said Urbanski. “I believe in helping organizations deliver solutions that improve the lives of patients while supporting the long-term success of our health system partners. One phrase that has always guided me is, ‘How you do anything is how you do everything.’ That mindset shapes how I approach my work, my relationships and the partnerships I build.”

Urbanski assumes responsibility for the Southeast territory following the recent promotion of Buffy Loveday to Client Success Executive. In her new role, Loveday will continue to partner with health system clients to drive long-term success while supporting Urbanski throughout the regional transition and helping accelerate growth in the Southeast.

Rob’s appointment marks another step in CarePayment’s continued growth, reinforcing the company’s commitment to serving more healthcare providers with patient financing solutions that improve financial outcomes while making care more accessible for patients. As demand for compassionate, flexible patient financing continues to grow, the company is expanding its sales leadership to better support providers across the Southeast and beyond.
