Call Center

  • US-based, specially trained and dedicated staff ensures helpful and respectful communication and maintains a positive experience for patients as an extension of the provider’s business office.
  • Live agents are available toll-free, Monday through Thursday, 7am to 8pm and Friday, 7am to 7pm, Central Standard Time.
  • After business hours, account access and payment options are available by phone through our automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
