CarePayment members can review all of their CarePayment account information, see when their next payment is due, make a payment, set up automatic payments, contact CarePayment support, and more.

Nope! If you are already registered in the CarePayment Member Portal, members can use the same login information to sign into the CarePayment Mobile App. If you register first in the CarePayment Mobile App, you will automatically have access to the CarePayment Member Portal as well.

No! It’s 100% free for all CarePayment members.

No, the CarePayment Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

No, not at this time. Currently, the app is only available for iOS and Android phones. If using a tablet, members can still manage their CarePayment Account at member.carepayment.com.

No. The CarePayment program is an open-end line of credit sponsored by your hospital or healthcare provider that helps pay the outstanding balance due after insurance has paid their portion.

CarePayment Accounts are issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC-insured, Kentucky state-chartered bank.

Nope! Participation in the CarePayment program is voluntary, without an application or impact on your credit. If you don’t want to use the CarePayment program to pay your balance due, you are able to cancel it at any time and the balance will be returned to the healthcare provider. Please note that your healthcare provider may require you to pay your balance in full.
