You have the option to pay securely online, with automatic payments, by mail, or over the phone.

To make a one-time secure payment online by either credit card or checking account, please login or register for online services.

To set up automatic payments, you will first need to register for online services. There are currently two options for Automatic Payments:

Third Party Authorization
Because we must comply with HIPAA privacy laws as well as consumer lending laws and regulations, only authorized third parties can obtain information about your account, manage your account online, and make payments. To authorize someone else to access your account and make a payment on your behalf, login to the Member Portal, then complete and submit a Third Party Authorization Form.

No interest. Really?

Yes, Really! The 0.0% APR (annual percentage rate) is NOT an introductory or promotional rate. Since the CarePayment program is sponsored by your healthcare provider, you will pay zero interest on your initial charges for the entire time you are making payments on your initial charges. CarePayment currently offers 0.0% APR for any additional charges added to your account.

What payment options are available?

There are many convenient ways to make your monthly payments to CarePayment:

  • Automatic recurring payments from your checking account
  • Online
  • Over the phone
  • By mail with a check or money order

Is CarePayment a credit card?

No. The CarePayment program is an open-end line of credit sponsored by your hospital or healthcare provider that helps you pay your outstanding balance due after insurance has paid their portion.

Do I have to participate?

Nope! Participation in the CarePayment program is voluntary, without an application or impact to your credit. If you don’t want to use the CarePayment program to pay your balance due, you are able to cancel it at any time and the balance will be returned to the healthcare provider. Please note that your healthcare provider may require you to pay your balance in full.
