DID WE CONTACT YOU?

Did we contact you? Did you receive a letter or e-mail from us? If so, we’re here to help!
We understand deductibles for health plans are increasing, and people may need
more time to pay their portion due after insurance. That’s why your healthcare provider sponsors this program to pay off your outstanding balance due – over time and without interest (0.0% APR).

CarePayment is a program sponsored by participating healthcare providers to help you pay off your outstanding medical balance
in manageable monthly payments, without interest or impact to your credit score.

If you have been contacted by CarePayment, this means there is a balance due to your healthcare provider after your insurance plan has paid its portion.
To help pay off the balance over time without interest or impact to your credit score, the provider is sponsoring the CarePayment program and inviting you to sign up.

No. Participation in the CarePayment program is voluntary. There is no application or impact to your credit.
If you don’t want to use the CarePayment program to pay your balance due, your healthcare provider may require you to pay your balance in full.

If you didn’t realize you had a balance due for medical services, or if you have questions about the balance assigned to CarePayment,
what the charges are for, how much your insurance paid, or your previous payment history, please contact your health care provider directly.

Yes, you can make payments at your provider, but to ensure timely and successful delivery of your payment it is best to pay CarePayment directly.

If you received a welcome kit from CarePayment in the mail and are ready to get started, just make your first payment to
CarePayment either by mail, phone or online. If you have not yet received anything in the mail and your healthcare
provider sponsors CarePayment, contact the provider about signing up.

You can contact Customer Care at 866.625.8532 during these times (Central): Monday to Thursday  7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

You may also access your account information 24/7 via CarePayment’s automated service line by calling the same number, or online at member.carepayment.com
