She will lead CarePayment's efforts to align their product offerings with the needs of U.S. Hospitals and Health Systems. Yazdian will report to CarePayment Senior Vice President Chris Chen. She is joining CarePayment from The Advisory Board Company, where she was the marketing executive in the company's physician analytics group.

Allison spent several years at the Advisory Board Company in a variety of roles ranging from traditional sales to new product launches. In her last role at The Advisory Board, Allison was senior director in their new product development group, where she took their physician referral analytics platform to market. Allison has management consulting experience through her time at Monitor Group and has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
