Steven M. Wright
Senior Managing Director, Healthcare Markets
Aequitas Capital Management, Portland, Oregon
Prior to joining Aequitas in 2004, Mr. Wright held various positions with the Microfield Group including President, CEO and Director. Microfield Group is a publicly-traded firm specializing in the acquisition and management of electrical, technology and energy-related businesses. Mr. Wright also served as Executive Vice President and Director of Card Capture Services, Inc., (“CCS”). He co-founded CCS in 1993 and helped grow the company into the nation’s largest off-premise ATM provider with revenues in excess of $90M. The company was sold to E*Trade in May of 2000.
A seasoned and successful business executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Wright has spent over 25 years working in financial services and product development. In 1997, he was named by the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum / Portland Business Journal as the Oregon Service Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Wright graduated from the University of Oregon with majors in marketing and management. The father of seven children, he resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, Angie. When not playing with his kids, attending their activities, or enjoying a quiet moment with his wife, he is known to hit a golf ball or two.

Steven McClurg
Indirect Distribution Manager for Healthcare Markets
Mr. McClurg has spent nearly 20 years in international sales and sales management. Prior to joining Aequitas in 2008, Mr. McClurg was co-founder and owner of Deep Green Investments, LLC, an investment management company focused on real estate transactions. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Sales with the Microfield Group. Microfield Group is a publicly-traded firm specializing in the acquisition and management of electrical, technology and energy-related businesses.
Mr. McClurg also served as National Sales Director of Card Capture Services, Inc., ("CCS") and helped grow the company into the nation's largest off-premise ATM provider with revenues in excess of $90M. The company was sold to E*Trade in May of 2000. Mr. McClurg graduated from the University of Texas with majors in accounting and marketing.

Mike Leonard
Business Development Officer, Healthcare Markets
Mike Leonard has been with Aequitas Capital Management since the launch of their CarePayment program and has over 20 years of Business Development experience.
Prior to CarePayment, Mr. Leonard served as a Business Development Manager for Qsent, a Division of TransUnion. Qsent is a leading provider of contact and identity management services. Mr. Leonard received his BA from the Gonzaga University School of Business Administration.

Dan Carroll
Controller and Operations Manager
Mr. Carroll has extensive knowledge and experience in the consumer credit industry and served 14 years with credit card issuer First Consumers National Bank ("FCNB"), most recently as the Controller.
In his career with FCNB, it became a leading nation-wide credit card issuer with 10 million accounts, $4 billion in securitized receivables and 1500 employees. During his career at FCNB, Mr. Carroll's responsibilities included accounting operations, financial reporting for multiple entities, treasury management, and asset backed financing transactions.

David Mistkawi
Director, Operations
Prior to joining Aequitas Capital Management, David Mistkawi spent over 15 years leading, managing and consulting start-ups as well as mature companies in the US and throughout Europe. Mr. Mistkawi’s career path includes CEO of a software company servicing the United State’s national real estate markets, Director of a $300 million telecommunication equipment service portfolio, Manager for a European wide internet retail logistics and customer care operation, as well as strategic management consulting and investment banking experience.
Mr. Mistkawi holds a MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
