How do I get in touch with CarePayment if I have a question about my bill?

You can contact our Patient Care Team at 1.866.625.8532. Our team is available to take your call between 7am – 8pm (Mon – Thurs), 7am – 7pm (Fri), 8 – 2:00pm (Sat). All times listed are Central Standard Time.

What payment options are available?

You may make an automatic withdrawal from a checking account (See "How do I sign up for automatic payments?" below), one time withdrawal from a checking account (online or by phone), credit/debit card (online or by phone or mail),  or check or money order (by mail).

How do I sign up for or stop automatic payments?

Sign up online, or complete the automatic payment authorization form found here. Simply fill out the form in its entirety and mail the form along with your statement stub and a canceled check to the payment address listed on your statement stub.

To stop your automatic payment, please send written notification to:
CarePayment Patient Care, 5300 Meadows Road, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.

Can I view my account information online?

Yes.  If you have previously registered for online access for your account, you may log in here to view your account information online.  If you have not previously established your online access, you can enroll in online services.

Who do I contact regarding insurance and/or Medicare claims?

Please contact the provider where you received services regarding any insurance and/or Medicare claims.
