You may make an automatic withdrawal from a checking account (See "How do I sign up for automatic payments?" below), one time withdrawal from a checking account (online or by phone), credit/debit card (online or by phone or mail), or check or money order (by mail).
Sign up online, or complete the automatic payment authorization form found here. Simply fill out the form in its entirety and mail the form along with your statement stub and a canceled check to the payment address listed on your statement stub.
